 * When I open the scan settings I’m getting the below message, I already downloaded
   the new definitions, scan, and fixed but still the below message is there.
    can
   you help to identify what is the issue?

    “Another Plugin
   or Theme is using ‘Bot_Linker::injectIntoHtml’ to handle output buffers.”

 * These look like bogus Output Buffer Handlers that should already be in my definition
   updates. Have you run another scan to make sure that the site was fully cleaned
   and is not re-infected?
 * If you are on a shared hosting account then these infections could be replicating
   as fast as you can scan and remove them. Please post a screenshot of the Complete

 * After downloading the new definitions some threats found and after fixing one
   message disappeared, but one still there,
    today I found new definitions, downloaded
   and did complete scan but nothing found and the message still there

 * Have you tried deactivating W3 Total Cache to see if that message goes away?

    I just tried that now and the message disappeared, is there any worry
   from that can I keep it activated or deactivate better?

 * You should definitely keep it deactivated while you are running scanning for 
   malware but you can re-activate it once you are sure that all the malware has
   been removed.
