 * Is it possible to use shortcodes of another plugins in page builder ? I wish 
   to insert custom plugin shortcode how I can do it ?

 * Yes, it’s possible to use shortcodes from other plugins in SiteOrigin Page Builder.
   The best way to do this is to get the widget that allows shortcodes to be used.
   For example, the SiteOrigin Editor widget (with Automatically add Paragraphs 
   disabled) which is included in the [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle](https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/).
