We have a number of plugins in a stand-alone WP v3.4.2 install. Are there any known issues or concerns upgrading from WP 3.4.2 to 3.5.2 while using the collaps-o-matic plugin?

Not that we have experienced or heard about from any users. We try to make sure our plugins are kept up to date with the latest (and actually beta) releasees of WP. Go for it!
