Any possible collateral effects?

    Since WordPress core doesn’t have this feature, I was wondering if there are any possible collateral effects/risks by using it. Is there anything I should be aware before installing this plugin?

    You can use it without any effects… it does comply with the system completely… no worries!

    I’m curious about this, too. I just tried another plugin and while it changed the username, my user’s author archive page remained at the old username URL slug.
