# apache port 80 error

 * Okay, here’s the thing.
 * I’m trying to set up a new blog on blog.marklovell.com
 * WordPress is installed on [http://www.marklovell.com/blog](http://www.marklovell.com/blog)
 * The settings in wordpress are such that the blog should show up in blog.marklovell.
   com
 * So far so good. but…
 * I’m using an intel mac and running parallels, as my host – one.com requires windows
   for some element of the setup.
 * When I view the blog using parallels (browser irrelevant) it loads fine. If I
   use OSX I get the following error:
 *     ```
       Not Found
   
       The requested URL / was not found on this server.
   
       Apache Server at blog.marklovell.com Port 80
       ```
   
 * Any ideas?
 * e: punctuation and link errors

 * I have contacted my host and they changed a setting within their server to rectify
   the problem.
