 * Hi,
 * I’m not sure why but the API key does not seem to be working. The groups are 
   not coming through and the checkbox does not appear on the Checkout page.
 * I’m using WordPress 4.7.4 + Woocommerce 3.0.6 + Latest Twenty Seventeen Theme.

 * You’re running the latest version (1.0.1) of the plugin?
 * If yes, it would help alot if you might [send me an email](https://coder.flowdee.de/contact/)
   your api key in order to debug the issue. Would be happy to fix it in case it’s
   a bug! 🙂
