    I accidentally erased wp live chat on my site mcdoktorn.se
    Have it on my staging site staging.mcdoktorn.se
    How can I reinstall it on my real site?
    Saw that all free accounts where upgraded to pro version, and it was there it happened, trying to find where to type in the licens number.
    Thought that I had to delete the old version and did so, just to find that there was no new to download.

    Evev if I’m logged in as administrator and chat agent on staging.mcdoktorn.se
    WP Chat Live tells me there is no agent on line..

    Hi @mcdoktorn,

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we do appreciate your time.

    At this point in time, we are merging all commercial features into the basic plugin which will remove the need for any registration for premium features.

    With that said, the plugin is not currently available within the WordPress plugin library, however, we are hoping to rectify this within the next few days as we are working closely with the ww.wp.xz.cn team to resolve the issues currently experienced.

    As you have mentioned ‘Pro’ within your message, it is likely that this thread will be closed by a moderator as it is against the ww.wp.xz.cn policies to handle any commercial support via these forums.
