 * Hello,
    a client is asking to be able to read from your Database through API.
   Is this possible? Basically whenever a ticket is create or it changes state, 
   I will need to trigger some actions on other softwares.

 * The webhooks are not available for now. The webhooks feature is in our development
   queue and they will be available in future updates of the plugin.
