 * Any good method/plugin to cache the JSON results?
 * At the moment we are searching in more than 1600 products and it takes time which
   we want to reduce.

 * Right now on WooCommerce 2.6 we use the WP REST API.
    So you can use any method/
   plugin to cache the JSON result like you can do with the WP REST API.
