# API error 190: Error validating access token

 * In the user’s production environment, the following message is displayed in Smash
   Balloon Instagram Feed v2.8.2 and the feed is not updated.
 * > There has been a problem with your Instagram Feed.
   >  API error 190: Error validating
   > access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their
   > password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons. “There has
   > been a problem with your Instagram Feed.
 * I know that the link in the “Directions on how to resolve this issue” button 
   recommends getting a token and connecting manually as a way to resolve the issue.
   
   However, the process of obtaining a token is too hard for the user to implement.
 * Is it possible to solve this problem by simply “Remove from Primary feed” and
   reconnect by pressing the “Connect an Instagram Account” button?
