# API Key Disappears

 * Hi there,
 * Great plugin, but I keep having to re-enter the Youtube Data API Key. As soon
   as I enter it and save it, it reverts to a shorter key that was already there
   when I activated the plugin. The channel then displays where I’ve put the shortcode
   for a short while, then I get an error. I have cleared my cache hoping to resolve
   the issue, but it still persists.
 * I am using a theme called Skyline and I can email you a list of the plugins that
   I am using, I don’t want to particularly post it publicly.

 * I am having the same issue with the API key disappearing. (I am using the plugin
   on 2 sites, but seem to only have this issue on one of them.)

 * Is API key failed to save when you enter it, or it’s saved but latter disappear
   by itself?
 * If fail to save, what OS, browser and browser extensions you use? Do yoo have
   some firewall and/or antivirus software active on your machine?
