 * On the frontend of my website, the shortcode shows the error ‘API key missing’.
   However, in the test area in the backend, everything works as expected.

 * We’ve tested the functionality on our end and found everything working as expected.
   To help identify the cause of the issue on your site, we recommend temporarily
   deactivating all other plugins except **Buddybot**, and then checking if the 
   issue still occurs.
 * If the problem persists, please share the following details so we can investigate
   further:
    1. The URL of the  page
    2. The exact shortcode you are using
    3. **Detailed site information** – you can find this by navigating to **Tools >
       Site Health > Info** and clicking **“Copy site info to clipboard”**. Then, please
       paste it here.
