API Status

I am attempting to see if my API key is working as intended (because the prices showing in the cart are significantly higher than our UPS prices), and was directed that I should see this in my UPS plugin settings https://wpdesk.me/po/43wtz3fu5c9h.png

However I do not see that field at all to confirm (see image below). Does this mean the API is not set up correctly? Please advise, thanks!
