I have made an API on woocommerce and entered the key and password on the ethical tee company. for the URL I am a bit confused. Initially, I entered my store name ( impossibleclothes.com) but then found out I had to download insomnia and run a json request or something. Anyway I did that for GET and received 201 created, with this URL: [https://impossibleclothes.com/wp-json/wc/v3/products](https://impossibleclothes.com/wp-json/wc/v3/products) Is this the URL I enter on the ethical tee company? I have entered that but the product I have created on woocommerce has not linked across to the ethical tee company. * Any suggestions? I feel I could be being stupid and there’s something simple I haven’t activated, I have been stuck for 30 hours now. * On the ethical tee company, it says if you are using our API then we will automatically import products when orders are placed….. I did place an order yesterday to no avail I could try again though. Also, there’s an option to import orders manually, it says ‘ Enter all or part of a title of a product on WooCommerce and import any that match’ However nothing comes up when I type my woocommerce product title which makes me think I have not linked the two stores…. * Thanks for all assistance. If you click this link [https://mystore.com/wc-api/v1](https://mystore.com/wc-api/v1) you will notice that the browser redirects yours to [https://www.mypillow.com/mystore](https://www.mypillow.com/mystore). * If you click the same URL from one of my test sites you’ll notice that you see a JSON API response. * [https://woostaging.mystagingwebsite.com/wc-api/v1](https://woostaging.mystagingwebsite.com/wc-api/v1) * We’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like [Storefront]( [https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/)) to see what is redirecting your API requests to the main sites store page. Carrying out this testing will help with trying to and locate any software you have installed, which could be causing this behaviour? You can use a free plugin called [Health Check and Troubleshooting]([https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)) to carry out such testing by using the plugins troubleshooting mode. * When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated, and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes.
