# API Won’t Load

 * I have created an API and paste in the plugin, but the page just reloads and 
   does nothing.

 * Thanks for reaching out. I’d love to take a look here and see what’s going on–
   in order to do that, could you please reply back with the following information?
 * – What version of PHP is your site running?
    – What theme is currently installed?–
   What other plugins are activated on your page? – Could you send us a link to 
   your site where the plugin is installed? – Does this behavior persist when trying
   to connect the plugin in an alternate browser?
