Aplicants

Hello,
First of all thanks you for making this great plugin!

Now what i need to know. In the Aplicants section there is a list with jobs that people applied for.
For example if i have: job1, job2, job3. And 50 people apply for job2 and 25 people apply for job3, on applicant list i see 50 X job2 and 25 X job3. This is just an example, but with lots of jobs and more people appling it is getting confusing.

Is there a way in Aplicant section to see just Job Titles … and go inside ex. job2 … and there to see all those 50 people contacts? Also a star rating would be nice. Once i read a resume to mark straight away that person with 1-5stars, so after i read all resumes to know witch one is perfect candidate.

Are those things implemented now? Or how can i create those options?
