# App I’d missing

 * I’m not sure what to do now. I created a developer account and copied the app
   ID into the plugin settings.
 *  The picture has a green check mark so I assume it’s the correct size. I have
   debugger and scrubbed a bunch of times.
 *  The site title and description is showing up but no image.

 * Apparently there’s something wrong with your image. If you run the URL through
   the Facebook debugger ([https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mushroomhole.com%2F](https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mushroomhole.com%2F))
   you’ll see a message:
 * > Provided og:image, [http://www.mushroomhole.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/PicsArt_09-28-05.52.24.png](http://www.mushroomhole.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/PicsArt_09-28-05.52.24.png)
   > could not be downloaded. This can happen due to several different reasons such
