 * Hello,
    I purchased Kale Pro and overall am very happy with it but… Under Appearance
   > Customize I have a header image and fonts/ colors selected. It’s been over 
   a month now and still my website has not refreshed to my selections. The header
   image is a small grey block and the fonts and colors are the theme’s original.
   Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

 * I would like to give you a hand on this issue, but I would need to know your 
   website URL to inspect the page and see if there are some issues visible inside
   the browser’s console log.
 * It would be even better if you could submit the ticket message at

    - . I would also need an temporary WP admin access to inspect everything, so
      it’s would be best if you could submit the ticket there.
