 * I’ve deactivated all the plugins and that didn’t work. I re-installed wordpress.
   That didn’t work. I changed themes. That didn’t work either. : |

 * Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if this rectifies the issue?
 * Are you using the _Circumfrence Lite_ theme? You should try asking in the dedicated
   [support forums for this theme](https://wordpress.org/support/theme/circumference-lite)
   too, the theme author(s) may be able to help you out.
 * If you’re using the premium _Circumfrence_ theme then you should be requesting
   assistance from their dedicated premium [support forum](https://styledthemes.com/forums/forum/wordpress-themes-premium/circumference/),
   as per the [Forum Welcome](https://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products).

 * Ok, so now I completely deleted all WP files, themes, plugins, etc. Then I reinstalled
   with Hostgators one click install. I uploaded one theme, and no plugins. No plugins
   are activated. Still doing it. WTH?

 * With that in mind, have you tried installing WordPress manually? It doesn’t take
   long and is documented well.
