# Application form fields error

 * I am getting an issue with the Application form fields. Currently Default Application
   Form Fields are blank.
 * But on the website, I can see three fields, which are Name, Email & Attach Resume.
   I am not able the change these fields & also I am not able to add another field.
   I am trying to add another field, but nothing happens.
 * I have tried to re-install this plugin, but still the same problem.
 * Please help!

   be caused due to conflict with one of your activated plugins or theme.
 * We would suggest you please deactivate your plugins one by one or switch your
   theme and check if the issue is resolved.
