# Application Form Labels

 * For some reason, the labels for the application forms on posts have disappeared.

 * Honestly, I don’t do much with the site, I just built it and manage some back
   end stuff but HR does the bulk of posting.
 * The only difference I can see between the two listed above is the author. For
   ones I create, the labels show, for the one HR creates, the labels are blank.
   Both accounts are administrators…
 * Not sure what the exact issue is.

 * Sure. What exactly do you want? A screen shot? Is there a particular error you
   are looking for? I’m not sure I necessarily want to share it publicly on this
   forum though…

 * It seems some of your installed plugins or theme’s script is conflicting with
   Simple Job Board. Also, we want to check if there is any JS error that occurred
   on browser console so we can guide you accordingly.

 * I just send the site health reports info to your email.
 * Not a lot of things have changed on this site and it worked at one time. I just
   changed the theme yesterday and that’s how I noticed the issue.
 * *I noticed the issue BEFORE I changed the theme. After changing the theme, the
   issue still persists.
