Application Form with payment & confirmation emails

    I am looking for a form builder that will allow me to have a website visitor, complete an online application form and then send a copy of that form plus payment confirmation to both the Charity and the person who completed this form.

    As I am dealing with charitable funds can someone please confirm if this plugin will offer me this before i purchase the PRO version.

    VFB Pro uses PayPal, so PayPal will send an email receipt to the purchaser and the account holder (Charity). The VFB Pro form can send the form to the customer and charity. Hope this helps.
