 * Hi,
 * In the past, I could use the admin back-end to set appointments outside of the
   regular hours for appointments. But now, I can only set appointments that are
   within the service hours of the provider.
 * The appointments are 1 hour blocks. In the past, I could adjust the hours to
   use the time base to set an appointment to half-hour starts (example start at
   5:30 PM). Now, I can only set appointments by the hour on the hour (example cannot
   manually set a start of 5:30 PM, can only set for 4 PM or 5 PM).
 * Is this working as intended?
 * Best Regards & Thanks,
    Kenny

 * Hello [@kennysdi](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kennysdi/)
 * Hope you’re doing well!
 * I am afraid this is a bug in the current plugin’s version. It is a known issue
   and our developers working on a fix.
 * In case the quick fix will be released before the plugin’s update, we will share
   it in this thread.
 * Have a good day and take care!
 * Kind regards,
    Nastia

 * Oh! Whew! I’m glad that this isn’t an issue that I caused.
 * My sympathies for the developers!
 * Thanks for the information!
 * Have a good day and take care yourself!
 * Thanks,

 * Hi,
 * Now, I cannot set any hours for meetings from the back-end.
 * Is this a known issue?
 * Thanks,
    Kenny

 * Hey there
 * I tried to replicate this in a local site of mine, with no avail though.
 * Could you please perform a conflict test, just to be sure that there’s no other
   plugin messing with that, and let us know in a new topic, as this one was initially
   created for another case? 🙂
 * About the conflict test, first, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings
   during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.
    Then deactivate
   all plugins and MU-plugins apart from Appointments, clear all caches and check
   again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting,
   so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking
   every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding
   the conflicted combination. The following flowchart image can assist you during
   this test: [https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif](https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif)
   If this is a live website with traffic, I’d rather advise to create a staging
   environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another
   location/folder in the same server, using a separate database, and perform the
   test in there instead without worrying about the live site.
 * Thank you,
    Dimitris

 * Thank you!
 * I will create a new topic to let you know how it all goes.
 * I hope you have a great day!
 * Thanks again,
    Kenny
