• I like the features of the plugin. However, with regards to the skype features it will be better to integrate solutions which don’t require the end-users to install any apps to initiate chats.

    My candid advice. You may create and integrate your own live Chat (Voice and Video) or you can make an integration with already existing softwares.

    I also make a request for an integration with the twilio API.

    Hope these will be implemented in a future update

    Thank you for your suggestion.
    We have decided not to implement chat client in this plugin because there are lots of free chat plugins available. We would like to focus on ticketing only for now.
