# Archiving Options

 * Hey-
 * I have a question regarding archiving. I have a newsletter on my website that
   is separate from the Blog. I created a new menu category and only the items categorized
   as Newsletter show up in that area – so that is great.
 * My question is the archive widget in the sidebar. Is there a way to separate 
   the archive widget from the Newsletter and the Blog.
 * So when a visitor is on the Newsletter page the Archive Dropdown menu will only
   show Newsletter results and when a visitor is in the Blog Area the Archive dropdown
   will only show blog results. Basically, I want to separate the two areas in the
   archiving widget to make it easier for the sites visitors. But there is only 
   one widget for Archiving and at this point it shows ALL of the blog articles 
   based on month.
