# Archiving Posts every WEEK

 * I’ve installed WordPress 1.5.1 and am using my site as a WEEKLY newspaper
    [http://www.metroeveningnews.com](http://www.metroeveningnews.com)
 * I have my archives set to display Weekly
 * I have my front page set (with a plugin) to display one category only.
 * The other categories each have their own individual pages.
 * I have my Reading Options set for 1 day.
 * I want all my posts to MOVE to ARCHIVES after one week.
 * I will post ALL the stories each Thursday night keeping them all as drafts till
   the paper comes out on Friday.
 * I thought if I set up my Archives to DISPLAY weekly, all the posts would MOVE
   INTO the archives after a week. (which is what I want)
 * is there a way to adjust settings to have this happen or is there a manual way
   to ‘send to archives’ each weeks posts?
