# Arile plugin causing Fatal Errors

 * Hi The Arile Extra plugin is causing Fatal Errors.
    When I disable the errors
   go away when a enable the plugin they are there.
 * Not sure how I can fix this.
    Any guidance or tips would be appreciated. See

 * The error is happening when I want to login from the plesk c-panel via the WordPress
   Toolkit. When I disable the plugin it works and when I enable the plugin it doesn’t.

   requirement. In fact, we have not seen any error yet on your site.

 * Hi Thanks for the feedback.
    I’m going to verify with my hosting provider as 
   it is only happening from the Plesk C-panel. Will update the outcome in this 
   ticket.

 * Was able to speak with the provider and they were Cleary stating after their 
   analysis that the problem is related to the plugin.
 * Can you please indicate what data you need to continue the investigation?

 * Cpanel is a different thing from the WordPress so this is not a plugin related
   issue.
 * The Plugin is perfectly working with the WordPress CMS.
 * If you get the error in WordPress admin panel and your site then please let us
   know and share the screenshot.
