# Array category being created

 * I have syndicate out installed on my main website, and I have set up to transmite
   post from a specific category and to transmit a specific category. When a new
   post is created it is pushed to the other site just fine, but a category called
   Array is created and the post goes into that category. Also as long as the Array
   category exists no new posts are pushed to the other site. If I turn off transmit
   category then the posts are pushed out just fine, but then they go into uncategorized.

 * I’ve taken a look and made a couple of changes to category handling. I wonder
   if you wouldn’t mind downloading and installing the plugin from this file: [https://github.com/confuzzledduck/syndicate-out/archive/master.zip](https://github.com/confuzzledduck/syndicate-out/archive/master.zip).
   Then let me know if that’s fixed the problem for you. If it does I’ll push the
   change to the WordPress repo.

 * Okay I am syndicating a category and transmitting the same category. The category
   is now being created on the receiving site but the post is no longer being created.
   I turned off transmit category and still no go on the post being pushed to the
   receiving site.
 * Setting it to syndicate from all categories and disabling transmit category results
   in the post being pushed to the receiving site.

 * It looks like posts were getting transmitted, but in some cases with the wrong
   post status so that they weren’t showing up in the admin of the receiving site(
   or on the site itself). They probably are in the database.
 * I’ve added a fix for this, so if you can give it a try (download again from the
   link above) hopefully that will have nailed it!
