This issue is coming because the delivery date field label is blank. Until the issue has been resolved, could you please set it to “Delivery Date” on your site? Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/1s9jsxf
Hello again and thanks for your help. When I fix the problem with your solution I create a new mistake. Now, in my checkout page I see the label text and the first date available superpose and it looks badly. What can I do?

I think it might have happened due to the theme of your site. Could you share your website URL so that I can ask our developer if it can be solved through CSS?
