 * Is this a plugin or a theme?
    Where did you download it from?

 * CalPress is a calendar plugin that I downloaded from the “add new” plugin page.
   I have tried to delete it but then I get this error:
 * > Error establishing a database connection

 * What version of the Google Forms plugin do you have installed? What version of
   PHP are you using?

 * With the help of [@nej_simon](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nej_simon/)
   I have [found and fixed the array_map() problem](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/admin-error-on-line-2001?replies=11)
   with Google Forms. I have [released v0.68](http://michaelwalsh.org/blog/2014/05/google-forms-v0-68-released/)
   which fixes the problem.
