 * I installed this plug already in other sites and it has always worked, but in
   a new site that I’m building I can not assignment the pages to the user.
 * I’m using the car repair theme.

 * Your issue just might be an incompatibility with different versions of select2
   loaded on your site. This is a known issue, but depending on your site active
   plugins, the fix can be different.
