Associate User Taxonomy

Hi there,
i added to my custom role users a custom taxonomy (with register_user_taxonomy()) in order to categorize them.
So what i currently have is, roles:
– Admin
– Editor
– Player

A user that have “Player” role can be associated with one term of the “Guest category” user taxonomy:
– Red
– White
– Blue
– Yellow

How i can match a CSV column with “Player Category” header to the checkbox available into single user page to set the matching term?
