Is there a way to attach an Additional PDF, in addition to the generated PDF?

Yes, Contact form 7 already Provide File controller, so you can use that to attached another PDF with Email and custom file. Here is the Guide – https://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/

Yes, but it disables PDF Generation
In next release would be nice to have option to Generate PDF and Attach a separate PDF
