 * Which WooCommerce tool will automatically attach the terms and conditions to 
   me when confirming the order?
 * I want their customer to get them automatically in the confirmation email.
 * Can you help me.

 * I understand you would like to attach terms and conditions in the confirmation
   email, this is something that is not included in WooCommerce core, one workaround
   is to add a PDF file to the email, that would need custom code, here there is
   an example:
