Hi!
You may try to customise WooCommerce email templates or using plugins like WooCommerce PDF Invoices. If feasible this will be the best option in my opinion.
Otherwise, you may have to consider custom integration of Woo with your external software.
Hi, I have tried the plugin you have indicated to me but it is not what I need.
I don’t need to generate a PDF invoice because I generate it directly with my external software.
I would need a plugin that activates a field in the order page where I can attach a PDF file to be sent to the customer together with the completed order email.

Hi there,
I would need a plugin that activates a field in the order page where I can attach a PDF file to be sent to the customer together with the completed order email.
Would this pdf attachment be different for each order? Or would it be consistent across all orders?
Ross
Hi, it’ll be different for each order.
Because it should be the invoice generated with my external software.
Thank you!

Howdy,
Thanks for the details.
Because you are already using external software to generate your PDFs and they will be different for each order, you’re going to need a more customized solution that will work with your integration.
If you’re looking for custom code help, you might be able to find someone willing to volunteer their time and knowledge in the free PHP support forum at PHP Builder or within the Advanced WooCommerce group on Facebook.
For assistance with customization or development with your site, we recommend reaching out to someone on our https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
I hope this helps!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
