Attachment details missing

Once upon a time, when I uploaded images, there was an option to (auto) add attachment details (to the right of the images showcased on the left – under Media Library); Title, Description & Alternative Text. Now the only info is the file name, date, size and dimensions.
The other Metadata information is no longer showing prior to uploading. Which creates a problem. I fill out this Metadata prior to uploading. That Metadata is no longer auto-populating those fields.
Has this option been removed or is it a bug?

so let’s assume that this is a plugin or theme issue on your site.
Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time.
