    The attachment works perfectly fine everywhere except for in the order confirmation email. In the order confirmation email when you click the button it simply sends you to a blank page / says URL error.

    Hello Emilmlorenzen,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Generally, once the user clicks on an attachment from the email link then we encrypt the URL with a security token.

    So, if there is any permission issue or attachment date expired then unable to download the attachment by the user.

    If you are getting any error log or console log then please share it with us so we can check them and get back to you?
