# Attachments cause HTTP Error 500

 * Hello. Overall the plugin works well, but I’m having an issue with attachments.
   Whenever someone attaches their resume I’m not able to open nor to view the attachment.
   When I click on it, it opens a page with “This page isn’t working <your website
   > is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500.
 * Please help me to fix this issue.

 * Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. I do have access to all attachments
   via FTP, but still can’t view it the “normal” way through the WordPress.

    Really sorry to know that. Give it a final try by deactivating & then reactivating
   this plugin. If it do not work then contact us through plugin’s website for more
   advanced debugging techniques.
