    Updated attachments on our products to this years version and have made sure they are set to not expire but i am still getting an error saying that the attachment has expired

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This type of issue might come in the below situations:

    1. If you have changed the attachments files permission to readable.

    2. Moved attachments from once site to another site.

    3. Code conflicted on plugin update.

    4. If you have installed any new plugin related to the attachments or custom order.

    Please review the above points and let us know if you found anything.

    Or please share your system report here so we can check the plugin list and theme that you are using.

    Go to: Woocommerce > Status > System status -> Get system report and paste here full report.
