# Attachments gone

 * Same here, all the attachments, 3 years now, disappeared. I don’t have Origin’s
   site builder. I changed theme, i disabled the plugin, nothing at all. I can see
   however in the media library the files with the download number, but that’s all.
 * Any help would be much appreciated.

 * Yes, and i can’t remember but i think this happen after updating to the latest
   version, few days ago.
    Do you have available the previous version to test it?
   I will upload it via ftp and overwrite the files.

 * It should be ok in the recent version.
 * But what you mean by attachments gone – not visible in frontend, backend, both?

    I can pm you the credentials to take a look if you want it.
 * I was using the plugin for showing pdf files on pages
