# Attachments having zero bytes

 * Hi,
 * For one of my clients’ web sites, I have this issue – some of the attachments
   have zero bytes.
 * This happens rather rarely, one in 20 Contact Form 7 submissions, but it happens.
 * We use Contact Form CFDB7, even in that database the attachments are 0 in length.
 * When we ask people to send the attachments via email, they work fine.
 * We would prefer not to disclose the URL of the web site.
 * Any ideas?
