 * hello, i created a contact form so people can submit their cover letter, resume
   and photo, but im having 2 problems.
 * 1- submissions are not being sent to the email i specified. Normal contact forms
   are sending messages, but for some reason, this particular contact form with
   attachments are not sending messages.
 * 2- I can see the entries on caldera forms, i can see people uploaded attachments,
   but when i click to see the attachment, it takes me to a page where the attachment
   was supposed uploaded it, but it shows nothing, file not found. I checked via
   FTP and i cant find the attachments anywhere.
 * can you help me out please?
    thanks!

 * Hi Alex,
 * Thanks for using Caldera Forms, we really appreciate it.
 * I have this article that has more information on file uploader fields: [https://calderaforms.com/doc/how-caldera-forms-file-attachments-uploads-work/](https://calderaforms.com/doc/how-caldera-forms-file-attachments-uploads-work/).
   In it, you can see that if the attachments are not selected to be saved to the
   Media Library, they will be deleted after upload. That, coupled with an email
   deliverability problem, could be your culprit.
 * I would recommend 2 things:
    1. Set your file uploads to save to your Media Library,
   to ensure that the file attachments are going through. 2. Look into our article
   on email deliverability: [https://calderaforms.com/doc/improving-the-reliability-of-emails-sent-through-caldera-forms/](https://calderaforms.com/doc/improving-the-reliability-of-emails-sent-through-caldera-forms/)
   and consider signing up for Caldera Forms Pro, or SendGrid.
 * I think your attachments are not being saved to the media library, and then your
   server is struggling to send emails, so that your attachments effectively feel
   lost. Try Step #1 to troubleshoot the attachment issue, then Step #2 to see if
   the emails are independently not being reliable.
 * If you take these steps and still need help, we’re happy to help out in our support
   channel on our website: [http://www.calderaforms.com/support](http://www.calderaforms.com/support).
