attachments no longer attached

Hello, I sent a support request about five days ago through your website’s support form and haven’t received a reply, so I’m cross-posting here. I’ll be grateful if you can help me figure out what’s going on.

I’m using “Notification Attachments for Gravity Forms” https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/notification-attachments-for-gravity-forms/ to send notifications with attachments when people submit a Gravity Form. For years this system has worked without problems, but it just stopped working. The emails still go out, but the attachments are no longer included.

We’re using WPMailSMTP with SMPTtoGO as the relay, and the attachments are generally fairly small (only a couple of MB) so I don’t think it’s an email server issue. All attachments are dropped, so it’s not an issue with individual files being too large, wrong format, etc. I’m guessing this is probably just an incompatibility issue with a recent PHP version upgrade, or a change in core code from WordPress, but I’m not a coder, so I don’t know how to investigate.

I provided a link to a sample form, but all forms are affected, not just this one.
