    Hello,
We made a website for Australia based on Wocommerce + WooCommerce Square.
We added “Local Pickup” (now called “Click & Collect”) option for purchases and removed all unnecessary fields on the order form.
So the order form does not contain the “Postcode” field when “Click & Collect” is selected: https://prnt.sc/1whil8n
But Square shows the error “Postal code is not valid”: https://prnt.sc/1whil8n when the user enters valid data in all necessary fields.
The solution to our problem mentioned in this article https://developer.squareup.com/blog/no-billing-postal-code-no-problem/ does not work for the WooCommerce Square plugin. There are no such codes in the plugin: https://prnt.sc/1whjy5h
So the main question is, how can we turn off Postcode checking for Square form?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @update and @dvv17,

There are a number of things that could be going wrong.

When checking out and adding an extra space to the postal code (before or after), an error message will display that the “Postal code is not valid”.

It could be that the customer saved their postal code with an extra too.

In case this is occurring without any extra spaces, we’ll need some more information to help you out.

    1. Confirmation that you’ve followed the steps in Square for WooCommerce Documentation to set up the payment gateway
    2. System Status Report: share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. – Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    3. Logging for Square:
There’s a built-in logging system enabled in the Square extension that could help you determine the cause of this behavior. If you haven’t enabled this already, you can enable this in (WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square)

    Thanks!
