 * There does not appear to be any functional audio plugins that support a reasonable
   set of current browsers (or simply both ie8 and chrome 17). Advice welcome! Frustrated.
 * Likely one of the two from 2012 are best options in need of bug fixes, which 
   I’ll take a look at next time around assuming no obvious solutions show up in
   the meantime :).
