 * I found this site while searching for an audio solution that I am looking for.
   I just have a general question about the Audio Player plugin relating my need.
 * What I am looking for is a way to play short audio clips at defined intervals(
   15 minutes) from a directory of clips in rotating order. That’s when I found 
   your Audio Player WordPress plugin.
 * So the 3 parts of my questions are:
    1. Will this do what I want? 2. Does it 
   require WordPress to be installed? 3. Is there a simpler way to do what I want?

 * Which audio player wordpress plugin are you looking at?
 * All plugins are designed to be added to wordpress so wordpress would be required.
 * You may want to look for a standalong player or use a service like Odea.
