 * I need to create a hook or plugin that will authenticate WordPress users with
   an external API. It should send a POST request to a given URL with Username and
   Password. Can someone tell me if this already exists or how I can make it?
 * After this I need to create a users page, where settings can be configured and
   up- and downloaded from the API.
 * The API is working I just need to WordPress part.
