 * Starting to overall lose faith in how PayPal is handling these ongoing issues.

   Ever since we were FORCED to switch to this new plugin there has been endless
   issues.
 * The 2 most recent orders have failed without anything posted on the debug log
   to give an indication on what is going on. I’m not sure what to do with the Response
   Debug ID’s.
 * The last successful order in the debug log registered as an “AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE”“
   Authentication failed due to invalid authentication credentials or a missing
   Authorization header.”
 * DEBUG PATCH [https://api.paypal.com/v2/checkout/orders/9W714482YP0606150](https://api.paypal.com/v2/checkout/orders/9W714482YP0606150)
 * Customers are not happy that they can’t pay thus the company is losing money.
 * I’m currently up to date on all plugins including PayPal Payments, so not sure
   what to do with this faulty plugin.

 * Hi [@dsixto](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dsixto/),
 * Apologies for the trouble.
 * Debug IDs can be shared with the PayPal Merchant Technical Support to investigate
   eventual payment issues. The debug ID and transaction ID are both relevant for
   the PayPal support to find the transactions.
    There are currently a few different
   potential causes for orders being set to “Failed” when they should not and there
   will be a new plugin update (1.6.2) later today or tomorrow that should help
   with this. But to learn more about these orders in particular, we would be interested
   in your full plugin log files from that day. They can be accessed from here:
   WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the
   dropdown and click on view.  You can share it either here in the forums or privately
   with us from here: [https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/](https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/)
   Thanks!
 * Kind regards,
    Niklas

 * Hello Niklas,
 * I updated to the latest 1.6.2 version and I am still getting failed orders and
   irritated customers. I will send you the logs privately.
 * Overall not looking to confident with the upcoming black Friday sale.
