hello, i want to use some authors so they can write some articles. but, they can write them, but they can not publish them? so, how can a visitor see what the author has been writing?

By default, authors can publish their own posts. Have you ensured that your authors have the WordPress r0le “Author” as opposed to “contributor”? Have you reviewed WordPress Roles and Capabilities?

By default, a person with the role of author can publish posts. See https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Roles_and_Capabilities

If an author cannot publish on your site, a plugin or theme may have modified the capabilities of that role.

You can reset the capabilites to match the defaults via wp-cli (https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/cli/commands/role/reset/) or via plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/user-role-editor/)
