author can not use AI image generator

Hi @donnahoover , would you know what happens when your author tries to use the AI image generator?
Are they prompted with a message saying Your account is not connected to Jetpack at the moment.?

If that’s the case, then they will need to click the Connect Jetpack button and follow the steps to get connected.

On my test site, I gave it a try with a user account, and was able to generate an image, so I suspect something is off with your author’s configuration.

In case your author is connected but still can’t generate an image, we’d appreciate if you could share a screenshot and the site URL so we can take a closer look.
